SHIPPING POLICY
Based on the level of service requested and proximity to our Distribution Center in Fresno, we may use an alternate method to ship your order. On orders shipped faster than 5-6 Business Days, we will guarantee delivery or reimburse you the additional shipping costs if the order does not arrive in the stated time frame. Weather delays, mechanical delays or other factors beyond our control may impact delivery times and are non-refundable.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns for online orders must take place within 45 days after the original shipment date in order to receive a credit in the original form of payment. Returns received more than 45 days after shipment date will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Returned/exchanged merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with the original tags. Exchanged items must be returned in the original boxes and bags and must include all the original hang-tags.
